Delete your Gueeck account
You can delete your account in the app at any time.
In the app
- Open Gueeck and go to Security.
- Open Danger Zone and choose Delete Account.
- Confirm it's you, then type the word shown.
Before you start
Deletion can't start while you have active jobs, open requests or pending offers, services that are still listed, or a payment still clearing. Finish, cancel or delete those first.
What happens next
- You're signed out everywhere. You have 30 days to change your mind: sign in during that time to cancel the deletion.
- After 30 days your account and profile are deleted.
- Some records may be kept where the law requires it [TBD: which records and for how long].
Can't open the app?
Email support@gueeck.com from the email address on your account, or include the phone number on your account, and ask us to delete it. We may need to confirm it's you.
